MindnosisA service offering an engaging self-assessment system, that helps navigating emotional distress when experienced for the first time.
The five activities on the toolkit were co-designed by people with experience of mental health issues, who also offer individual meetings to therapeutically share their journeys and inspire others to take action. |
Research
I use a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including ethnographic techniques and design probes. I define the problem and unpack themes from the users and stakeholders' perspective, building empathy through tools that raise questions and generate fresh insights.

Design
My experience includes service design and user experience design that enable me to move research insights forward to shape ideas into concepts. I facilitate co-design workshops and design sprints, where I involve and empower everyone in the project to co-create proposals.

Prototyping
I bring proposals to life through making physical objects and low-fi prototypes. I design testing sessions within different settings and I am able to digitally iterate designs. I am also a good communicator, designing powerful visuals and compelling videos that communicate the story.
